By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party. If for any reason the product/service cannot be provided within 30 days, any payment will be fully refunded.

The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyer's required purpose.

The products, any advice, and the presentation of the products have been prepared in accordance with English law, but the seller does not claim that they necessarily accord with the laws of other countries.

To the extent permitted by law, the seller excludes any warranties in relation to the product. However, the buyer's statutory rights are not affected.

Any sale or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery can only be made to a mainland UK address and ordered via the website.

Delivery charges and timescales are shown in the Delivery section. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within these timescales, delays are sometimes unavoidable.

All orders for products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

The prices quoted are based on current cost of production and are subject to amendment before delivery if costs increase. If the prices differ from those on the site, we shall inform you of the change.
All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment methods: Items can only be ordered through our website – www.discovermetoys.co.uk  and payment can only be made using the cards specified on our home page.
Card payments will be debited and cleared by HSBC secure online payment services. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Once your on-line order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorization is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endeavour to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.
