"Peace of mind" returns policy

At DiscoverMe we take great care over product selection and believe you will love your purchases. We do fully understand however that shopping over the internet is not the same as in the shops. No matter how good the images and descriptions may be, you still cannot touch, feel and fully appreciate the items. As such some products may not be quite as you perceived them, which is why we offer a 7 day No Quibble Returns Policy, allowing you complete peace of mind when shopping.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within7 days of the date you received it. Providing it is received back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, we will issue you with a full refund for the price you paid for that item, minus the original postage costs, if the Free Delivery option was chosen, or the difference in our original postage costs if they exceed that paid by the customer. Return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. If you choose to exchange the item, rather than be refunded, we will charge the minimum postal charge of £2.50 (First Class postage) for returning the new tem. This is because we cannot extend the FREE DELIVERY offer twice on what is effectively only one purchase.

We cannot refund for goods purchased over 7 days previously or which have been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
