February 2012 ~ We've been enjoying playtime with our role play food sets this month. We've made up some delicious menu and afternoon teas with the children.
December 2011 ~ The start of December brought a flurry of orders for the big Chrismas presents, including lots of traditional wooden toys, role play sets, quad ride-on toys and baby walkers. At the end of the month there was a race to buy our super fun stocking filler toys and smaller gifts for Christmas. We've had some lovely feedback from our customers thanking us for our speedy delivery and great service making sure toys were delivered in time for Christmas 2011. However we want to thank you for your incredible support this year and for sharing our online toy store with your friends and family - THANK YOU AND A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!

November 2011 ~ Gosh, it is turning out to be a very busy month - just the way we like it! We have new wooden toys available to buy at our award-winning online toy store, including role-play toys, wooden pretend play food, craft and activity toys for children and baby toys. More of our EYFS toys are now available at Ned Yates in Wilmslow and it is starting to feel a lot like Christmas at the family owned garden centre. The lovely folk of Holmes Chapel are becoming big fans of our toys, especially our Melissa and Doug range of wooden toys, available at Studio 5. Finally, a selection of our traditional wooden toys are now available at Dorothy and Theodore, the new online shopping site.

September 2011 ~ New wooden toys have arrived and we will be receiving lots of deliveries of educational toys in the run up to Christmas. We are also very excited to welcome The Gruffalo's Child Puzzle and Dominoes, we have a sneaky suspicion The Gruffalo's Child will be a BIG part of this coming Christmas!
August ~ Following on from the success of our online toy store (Gold Star Award), our toy concession at Ned Yates Garden Centre (in Wilmslow) is going from strength to strength and becoming a firm favourite with their regular customers.
June 2011 ~ Gold Star Award for DiscoverMe Toys! We are very pleased to have been awarded a Gold Website Award from MumpreneurUK, a support and resource network for Mum's in business.
April 2011 ~ Jellykitten soft toys, books and soothers are now availble at DiscoverMe (both online and at our concessions). We love our new little friends and so do our customers.
March 2011 ~ We have a new concession! We can now also be found at Ned Yates Garden Centre in Wilmslow, Cheshire. We're absolutely loving it here at this family run garden centre, complete with a great cafe/restaurant and a children's play area. We have a great selection of our baby and childrens toys available here.
January 2011 ~ Happy New Year to all our lovely customers! We have plans for lots of new toys this year so be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear, or join us at our facebook page. Hope to see you shopping with us soon and looking forward to welcoming new customers too!
December 2010 ~ A new baby boy has arrived just in time for Christmas. He is absolutely adorable and his big brother is very happy with the arrival (and the extra gifts he has received!)
November 2010 ~ Toys are already starting to sell out for Christmas this year. We are receiving deliveries every week, but please buy early to avoid disappointment.
November 2010 ~ We are very proud to announce that DiscoverMe have opened their first concession at Plantation Garden Centre, in Plumley (near Knutsford). A selection of our toys can be found in the gift shop. For more information regarding Plantation and directions - www.visitplantation.co.uk .

October 23rd & 24th 2010 ~ Rivendell Garden Centre, Widnes for a weekend craft & gift fair.
October 10th 2010 ~ We attended a small yet superb craft fair at Plantation Nurseries, Plumley (near Knutsford). Plantation has received gold medals at the Tatton Flower Show and is also home to a very delicious restaurant serving only home-cooked delights.
October 2nd & 3rd 2010 ~ Craft Fair at the beautiful Capesthorne Hall in Macclesfield. Despite the massive downfall of rain, we had a great time!
September 19th 2010 ~ Four Oaks Nurseries is a hidden gem in Cheshire! We had a stall at the Four Oaks Craft & Food Fair - lots of people getting ready for (dare we say it . . .) Christmas and starting their shopping nice and early.
September 17th 2010 ~ Have you ever been Swishing? DiscoverMe attended our very first Swish Party, in Stockton Heath, and had a super fun evening.
September 11th 2010~ DiscoverMe were part of the Family Fun Day supporting Relay for Life in Wilmslow and raising money for Cancer Research. The wind & rain did not stop people coming together and having a fun day and evening.
September 2010 ~ We have in new toys from Melissa & Doug and new wooden puzzles from WOOD like to PLAY. We're very pleased to be expanding our stocks of both brands as love the quality and play-learning value that they offer.
August Bank Holiday weekend ~ We were at Gawsworth Halll, near Macclesfield, selling our toys at a big craft fair. A beautiful location and great to chat to our customers.
August 22nd August 2010 ~ A fun afternoon was had by all at the NCT Cheeky Monkey's Tea Party organised by the Trafford Branch. The children enjoyed activities including arts & crafts, music & dancing and browsing the stalls. Our Blueberry Cake was very popular on the cake stall! Yummy!
August 15th 2010 ~ We attended and had a great day at the Lavender Craft Fayre at the Swettenham Arms, near Congleton. The sun was shining and the Lavender and Sunflowers in full bloom. Popular toys at this event were our range from Plan Toy, especially the wooden pull-along toys.
July 24th & 25th 2010 ~ DiscoverMe were at Brookside Garden Centre at a Craft & Gift Fair. We received some great feedback on our toys, especially the WOOD like to PLAY range of wooden jigsaw puzzles.
July 18th 2010 ~ DiscoverMe supported St Rocco's Hospice at a Charity Craft & Gift Fair at Walton Hall. We hope our raffle prize (Tortoise Number Row wooden jigsaw puzzle) was well received by the family that picked the lucky ticket!

June 2010 to September 2010 ~ This summer the British Toy and Hobby Association are running a fantatsic campaign to encourage parents & carers to pledge time to play with their children. They have a great website you can check out www.maketime2play.co.uk for playtime ideas. We also have ideas and information on child development right here on our website. April 2010 ~ We donated a colourful wooden jigsaw puzzle from our WOOD like to PLAY range to support a coffee morning raising money for The Meningitis Trust. The lucky winner of this raffle prize was James who was very pleased and wasted no time in opening and playing with it.
March 28th 2010 ~ DiscoverMe had a great day at Harrogate Nursery Fair, catching up with our suppliers, checking out new educational baby & pre-school toys and meeting new supliers for 2010.

March 4th 2010 ~ DiscoverMe celebrate World Book Day to promote reading from an early age and introduce babies & children to the wonderful world of books.
February 21st 2010 ~ International Mother Langauage Day. A celebration of linguistic diversity & multilingualism. DiscoverMe think our babyboomboom band-bags are a superb way to introduce new languages to our children through popular nursery songs and fun musical toys.
