Delivery Charges

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders*

The FREE DELIVERY service for most purchases will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel/ Courier Delivery.

FAST DISPATCH - most products dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.

Delivery options available for the majority of purchases are:

  • SECOND CLASS   FREE
  • FIRST CLASS   £2.95
  • SPECIAL DELIVERY™    £5.95

You can use Special Delivery™ Next Day from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays.

  • Orders placed by 12pm (Mon – Thurs) are guaranteed delivery before 1pm the following day.
  • Friday orders placed by 1pm are guaranteed for Monday delivery (although in many cases they arrive on Saturday).

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, although at busier times this may not always be possible. Also some larger items may differ from this schedule, in which case information will be clearly stated in the specified product description.

FREE DELIVERY orders should reach you within 3-5 working days of date of order (dependant on a cleared payment and product availability), but please allow a maximum of 7 working days.

1st Class orders generally arrive within 1-2 working days of order.

Special Delivery will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 12pm, otherwise the order will be treated as if it came in the following working day.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

 

Loss, Damage & Non Delivery

Please note on the rare occassion a parcel gets lost in transit, we will resend the item once it has been confirmed lost by the Carrier. We will then pursue our loss with them & would require the customer to give written confirmation of the non delivery.

If a delivery is not made due to refusal at the delivery address, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery and normally charge a redelivery fee to cover costs. Please note that delivery to an Army Barracks or University Campus is often refused, so please only use such an address if you are confident of the parcel getting through successfully.

Any item which is damaged or faulty upon arrival should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt so that we may take the appropriate action.  At DiscoverMe we are passionate about Customer Care and will deal with any problems which may arise (such cases are very rare) on an individual basis and do our upmost to ensure customer satisfaction.  If you are in doubt at all, please call DiscoverMe on 0161 927 9390.

 

Out of stock and back orders

All schedules are however subject to item availability. We aim to hold good stock of all products although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you email you with approximate delivery time. If at this point you do not wish to continue with the order, we will refund you in full

Back ordered stock on multiple item orders will normally be sent out as soon as possible, after the main order at our own expense.
